This evening Mike came to my home to diagnose a ‘grinding sound’ in my desktop computer. I was really nervous that something was broken and that I had left it too long. Right away Mike reassured me by his relaxed and super friendly style that he thought the problem was caused by a build up of dust around the fans.
He launched right in and began cleaning the interior and also taught me how I could do this – but with very clear instructions about what not to touch if I did! I felt very comfortable having Mike in my home and was relieved to find that my machine wasn’t broken. Mike was very kind and complementary about the quality of the system I had purchased and said that with consistent dust cleaning, that the system would last for several more years. Mike told me that although one of the fans was a bit noisy, that there was no need to spend money on any replacements and assured me that the fan was functioning properly.

I had a problem with my web-cam which I used it for communicating with my relative oversea, so I phone Mike and he was courteous and ask a lot of questions just to make sure I can solve it myself. However, Mike agreed to came to my home and look at the issue. It turned out I have an old web-cam which the company that make the web-cam has gone out of business and the software drivers cannot be found anywhere on the internet. Mike was kind to take me to Best Buy so I could purchase the new web cam and he installed for me and it works like a charm.
