ComputersRepair.ca Terms and Conditions

 Customer Onsite Responsibility: An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the entire installation or repair process. If the technician arrives at the scheduled time and no adult is present, or if the adult leaves prior to the service being completed, the technician will leave and you will be subject to the stated service charges. You must type in all passwords for security purposes.
 
Diagnostic Fee / Labor Rates: ComptuersRepair.ca charges a $49.99 minimum for all PC/laptops left for repair or diagnostics. This fee is applied to labor.  We do not guarantee we can fix any PC or laptop at any time. Replacement parts cost may be above pre-approved minimum authorized below, or may not be available to purchase for repairs.
 
Parts and Accessories: Client is repsonsible for additional Parts and Accessories replacement cost.  
 
Data and Backup: ComptuersRepair.ca is not responsible for lost data.  Iunderstand that ComptuersRepair.ca is not responsible for loss of, or damage to data, computer equipment, laptops, or software left for repair in case of fire, theft, natural disasters, employee mistakes, or any other causes beyond our control. I understand that ComptuersRepair.ca is not responsible for data loss, or other component failures that occur during attempted repairs, testing, or at any other time. ComptuersRepair.ca shall not be held liable for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring from or after laptop testing, diagnostics, or repairs.
 
Limited Warranty:All parts used for repairs have a full 30-day warranty unless otherwise specified on invoice. Any 3rd party repair or service attempt not authorized by the management of ComptuersRepair.ca will void any and all warranties.
 
Repair Authorization: After reading and agreeing to the terms above I authorize ComputersRepair.ca to attempt repairs with labor and parts charges not to exceed $ * _______ plus tax if Unsuccessful, excluding reassembly of non repairable laptops. Or $ * __________ plus tax if Repair Successful. We charge $20 per hour for attempting system board repair. We cannot warranty system board repairs.
